400 motor TH400 w 2000 stall 3:42 gears headers Holley 750dp Summit 2802 cam. Starts on first crank revs great on park but will not do burn out n falls on its face on take off. I dont want to race but do expect a burn out. What can I do?

Sounds like not enough accelerator pump shot from the holley and/or low ignition timing.

Stall speed could be higher. 23 or 2500. Check with cliff and see if the Continental jim hand special is right for you.

I agree on the stall speed being too low.

I have the 2801 Summit in my 400 and it wants more stall than what the current 2000 RPM unit I have in it now. It doesn't fall on its nose on take off though.

Double check the timing as Blue mentioned, and look down the carb to see if the accel shot is clear and firm, not leaky or sputtery or non-existent. Both free 5 min tests.

What tires do you have? Aggressive tires like street slicks you will need more stall if you haves street tires it should burn all through first gear. Try bigger pump nozzle.
