I entered the formula in the local car show. A charity event.
I won a sandwich. A $20 gift certificate @ the local sub shop. Better than a kick in the pants. Here are a few pic's. Then my memory card became full.

If i may rant: Three of the top five awards went to the fiberglass body 32 type ford cars. Basically Kit Cars with sbc's. IMO they should be in there own class with one winner. Sower grapes i guess.
There was a very nice BB/4spd 66 Chevelle that one best of show. Well deserved. A orange and black Javelin also won a trophy.

Note: That's my buddy Corvette Bill up on the hill. To Cheep to enter.

I agree with the classes too. My cars are not really show quality rides, but are very original. My towns biggest car show is coming up in a week or two,and NO survivor classes! I would have to put the GTO in "Stock Restored" with all the other high dollar restored cars,or "Street Machine",um...no. All the stock restored and street machine classes are broken down by decade too,and I think about 20-25 classes overall, but not even one catch all survivor class.

Corvette Bill? Any relation to Cobra Bill?

Did i mention i won a sandwich. It was a good sandwich!

For next year i thinking, add a chin spoiler and cut the front springs another 1/4 coil and get the stance right. May be add some american torque thrust

Suggestions welcome.
