We were at VMP yesterday, where Steve Dale tried to put down a new "number" with Goateus Maximus.

The first pass was a planned 1/8 mile. Testing the new tune and traction situation. 3.95 @ 183 (only 3 second pass of the day, and there were at least 4 "Brad" motors I saw in slingshots).

As this was a "nostalgia" meet, there were some oil-downs. The second pass was delayed a couple times. The air got VERY "good" and the track got cold (low 50s). The result was too much power and traction, causing the front to stay "up" for too long. It started drifting "right" and he shut it off. (descretion IS the better part of valor...)

This animal is FOR REAL! It will soon show it has the power to compete "heads up" with the big-dog TA/FC guys. Cudos for Steve for taking our creation to the next level!

There may be some more in the very near future. I'll keep you posted!
