spring trick using Quick Link Steel Chain Connector with fan belt was a piece of cake!! hood lined up great!! back to S&S's and burnin' rubber!!! LOL OPG sent spring for '64 b body but look like GTO spring which are smaller dia. and smaller dia. spring material!!! my old spring are much heavier duty and will clean up paint and install soon!! the light duty ones will not keep hood from dropping fast once i pull to close from full open position!!! not good!!! no more OPG orders!!!

Just a hill for a climber

If we wanted the easy road we would have bought chevy's. Keep up the good fight.

First time with Drag Radials. Made 3 passes, but in typical fashion, I pretty much blew the first one. the second was my only "good" run. the third, the timing system was jacked up in the lane I was in and didn't clock my 1/4 e.t. or mph. just up to the 1/8th.

None the less, a new best E.T. of 12.72, and my first ever .0xx
reaction time!! Pulled off a .024 R/T also was pleased with the car's 60' on the 2nd pass, 1.81!

Good numbers Donn. Congrats. But please start a new thread in the straight line preformance section with some details about your car.

I figured it was spam. Look at his personal info. He probably copied and pasted it from another thread-just a guess.
