what size wire to run from trunk battery to EXTRA FUSS BOX for all race switches

It depends on the full amperage load of the sum of the circuits.

Bowties are for Pee-wee Herman. "Chevy": even the name sounds cheap, but not as cheap as your Pontiac will be with an LS transplant.

i'm no auto elec. what would the heavys be netural safty switch fuel pump switch start button elec inside fan out side cooling fan switch all on new fuse block

look like less than 40 amps. More like 30. I would use 8 guage with all soldered connectors. Here's a chart with a calculator at the bottom.http://www.powerstream.com/Wire_Size.htm
Note: Put the ignition on it's own dedicated circuit

each have own fuse in one fuse block that runs all NONE stock items for races THANK YOU
