ok...new rebuild ooming soon...i know they are a tight fit, but i like the look of longtubes...what exhaust does anyone recommend...no emmission laws here...i had longtubes back in the 80's on my 70 gto and they would leak at the head...is this a fit problem? or not a problem anymore

You mentioned sealing.

I've seen good reviews on the Remflex gaskets. They seem to alleviate the leaking issues between the header flanges and heads.

I believe Ye Olde Webmaster used them on his car with good results.
