Mike, I think Addco still makes a front and rear bar for the Big GM cars, but not sure what year you are working on. Check with Helwig as well.

Good idea boxing the stock control arms yourself. Before you weld on the flat stock to the bottoms, get some round stock (hollow tube) and cut to slide inside the control arms for the sway bar bolts to keep them from "crushing" the control arm. You can even tack them in place before welding on the bottom "box" plates.

Bowties are for Pee-wee Herman. "Chevy": even the name sounds cheap, but not as cheap as your Pontiac will be with an LS transplant.

Yeah, didn't realize we were dealing with one of the good ole models!

Pitts, nice pic of the Bonne. Almost looks like Pontiac Engine Blue!

Ive been thinking about geting a sway bar fot my 66 Bonneville from Nightmare performance. There was an article in Smoke Signals January issue about using the rear anti-sway bar from the mid-seventies Grandville in Sixties B body cars, but I have not been able to locate a Grandville bar around here.

Call Brad at Fabcraft. He has all kinds of suspension, gears, etc for our BIG Pontiacs. Also, look for his stuff on Ebay.
