Wilcap makes an adapter. At least they have made one it think it is out of stock.

I have a 60 I am working on to adapt to a turbo 400. Some of the holes on the bellhousing of the 60 line up with the later BOP trans pattern. I am planning on using the 61-64 adapter, which uses a mopar starter, then use the holes that line up to center the plate and drill out the others. A couple bolts are on the outside of the plate pattern. Not sure how we will deal with that yet. Just use the crank shim for the bop to chevy adapter to shim out the flywheel. Here is butlers adapter

I have not done this yet. It is on my do list, be fore warned...safer to talk to the folks at Wilcap.
