I think (ACRS) I remember seeing a tutorial on cleaning old stiff , crusty seatbelts by soaking them in something for a bit.

It was a common cleaner like Simple Green or the like.


Anybody?

warm water plus fabric softener, may require several tries.

I would like to know this too, the goat's belts are stiff as plywood.

Loose , that will soften , but cleaning is the main issue.
