has anyone seen, or are using, the aftermarket chrome rallye 2 wheels from wheel vintiques? they kind a have that old school crager S/S look about them but more vintage.

what's your thoughts on them?

thanks

I've seen them on the wall at summit, but not in person on a car. I would imagine they'd bet at home on a car that's pretty classic in style but you want a little more sizzle from.

I was considering them for my car, the 15X7 inch ones would be the same as the stock Rallye IIs. The painted 15X8" have backspace of 4" or 4,5" but the 15X8" chrome finish only have 4" back space, same as the 7". That will move the tire out 1/2 inch. Which is great if you have the space between the fender lip and the tire. Not so good if it's tight.

Yep- There's a "Hot Rod" joke in here somewhere but I can't find the handle.

cool song indeed but im not sure what it has to do with the topic ;)

anyways, im considering getting the chrome set. ive never seen them in person but since ive owned my FB, its had the old style cragar s/s wheels on it. as much as id like to go back to its original look, i just cant resist that chrome finish.

has anyone seen them in person? other than the chrome finish, do they still maintain that original look?

thanks.

Sorry. I can't help myself when it comes to music references.
