Installed a 400 in my 65 gto and using ram air cast iron headers. Flange on steering column that hooks to rag joint hitting front header bolt when the wheel is turned. If I removed that header bolt the flange would still pass too close for comfort. Anyone out there had this issue?

Thanks,

John

Welcome to the site! What year manifolds? There were different years with slight differences as I remember. I don?t think they made them for a 65 specifically. Are your motor mounts in good shape?
