has anyone ever had their inside trim chromed ? my trim was scratched up & had anodized coating removed then i tried buffing alum. trim without much success ! my concern would be warpage ! any info would be appreciated

Mike I would think the inside metal trim isn't much different than the thickness of the trim used on some earlier cars during the late 50 when chrome was king.

Chroming involves numerous baths I don't think warpage would occur with that.

I'd think you'd be fine. I'd also consider a spray chrome since it'd be an inside piece, i'm seeing impressive stuff in that arena lately.
