Like the title says....I need a cam recommendation for a 67 400 with 670 heads. I run 100 octane in her so the 10.75:1 comp is what I will be using. Car has 3.55 posi, continenetal 3200 rpm stall, doug headers, 750 edel carb, and edel performer rpm intake. The 068 (Melling SPC-7) looks like a decent upgrade and a pretty safe swap, but the Crower 60916 looks like it would be better in the 1/4 mile. The only concern is that the lift for the Crower is .455/.470. I am not sure if the stock springs are good with that amount of lift. Any other recommendations are welcome. Thank you.

Upgrade the valve springs. Don't cheap out in that department.
