Hey everyone. I have a set of Pontiac heads that were damaged due to something getting dropped into the engine. It caused severe pitting on the hards as the piston slapped those objects. I don't know how to add a picture here. But of you email email at edozogar@aol.com I could send you pictures of the heads.

I had it happen on a engine.I had the head magged and smoothed out all the dings and replaced all the pistons and rods.Had to sleeve one hole.Engine ran great for years.Tom

Sorry to hear about the mishap.

What is the casting number? Someone on hear likely has a set of heads for you!

As Tom stated...... Just polish out the dings as best u can. If it hit the seat a seat can be installed to repair that damage. Unless they are cracked they can be used.
