I want to convert my Venturas wheels to a 5x4.75 lug pattern, any suggestions? i've been looking and i'm not finding much info except for "trying this and that".. Anyone tried disc brake conversions or any other ideas?

You can probably buy custom axles, then either drill the new holes in the drums, or fab a disc brake set-up.

Would probably be easier and cheaper to buy new wheels with the correct bolt pattern. There are lots of wheels with the 5x5 pattern, since it is a very popular pattern for trucks & big cars.

Yes the adapters push the rears out to far on the rear. Plus the ugly lug situation you get with them.

I just went ahead and bought 5x5 lug new 17" torq thrust wheels and 245-45-17 BFGs'. I'll have a pic up later.
