What plugs do you fellas recommend I be using in edelbrock heads? Also what's the recommended gap. Currently I'm using champion RC12YC.

I have had good luck with NGK plugs in my engines.

The plug for those heads is NGK 5155

I don't like plugs that are black oxide coated either, no matter how "good" they are. I find they rust too easy.

I am running my plugs with 0.040" gap with and MSD 6AL Ignition.
