has anyone converted a '60-'63 4 bolt to 11 bolt pump ???

This setup is for a friend & i believe he eventually wants the serpentine system !!! he will have to call AMES & get the right kit !

I have done both 8 bolt and 11 bolt.IMO 8 would be more easy and 63 actually used both.Early 63s got the 4 bolt and later got the 8.The issue can be the balancer and timing pointer.If your staying with your early balancer make sure you use the early 8 bolt.The timing pointer-tab is in a diff position.Also you will have no belt position problem with a 8 bolt.There were 2 diff length water pumps with the 11 bolt cover.Tom
